Delete your Criczo account
This page is for the Criczo Android app (developer: Grahmind). Use it to request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to support@grahmind.com.
- Use the subject line: Criczo Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address you used to sign up for Criczo, and (if possible) your username / full name.
- We will verify ownership of the account and process your request.

What we delete
- Your account login credentials and authentication data
- Profile details (name, username, phone, city, DOB, gender, playing styles, profile photo)
- App-linked personal profile settings stored for your account
What may be retained
- Anonymous / aggregated match statistics that are no longer linked to your identity (if any)
- Records we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (if required by law)
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in to Criczo with that account.
