Request deletion of your Criczo data
This page is for the Criczo Android app (developer: Grahmind). Use it to request deletion of some or all personal data without deleting your account.
How to request data deletion
- Email support@grahmind.com.
- Use subject: Criczo Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Criczo account email and list what you want deleted (for example: profile photo, phone number, city, DOB, or all profile fields).
- We will verify ownership and process the request while keeping your account active unless you ask us to delete the account as well.

Data that can be deleted on request
- Profile photo
- Phone number, city, DOB, gender
- Playing role / batting / bowling style and similar profile fields
- Other personal profile details you ask us to remove
Data that may be kept
- Account email needed to keep your login working
- Match scoring / stats records required for app history (may be anonymized where possible)
- Records retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons
We aim to complete verified data-deletion requests within
30 days. If you want the full account removed instead, use
Delete account.
